When Can a Woman Take khula?
There is no definitive answer to this question as it depends on the personal circumstances of the woman in question. However, in general, a woman can take khula when she feels that her marriage is no longer fulfilling her needs and she is unable to reach an agreement with her husband on this matter. If the woman has grounds for divorce under Islamic law (such as domestic violence or abandonment), she may be able to take khula without her husband's consent. However, if the woman does not have grounds for divorce, she will need her husband's consent in order to take khula.
